Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms cover the Rapville website at go.rapville.uk, including our watch page, artist application and pre-call preparation page. References to “Rapville”, “we” and “our” mean the Rapville team operating this website. For questions about these terms, email contact@rapville.uk.
1. Our website and services
Rapville provides artist branding, content strategy, on-location filming, editing and organic audience growth services. This website explains our approach, shares client examples and lets you apply to speak with our team.
The website is an introduction to our services. The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, cancellation arrangements and rights in commissioned work must be set out in your separate written service agreement. Sending an application does not purchase a service or commit you to paying for one.
2. Applications and calls
Please provide accurate contact details and information about your artist project. Only submit information you are authorised to share. An application does not guarantee acceptance, a particular appointment or the availability of a production team in your location.
When you request a call or submit an application, our team may use the contact details you provide to respond, discuss your application and arrange or confirm a session. Separate promotional messages are subject to applicable consent requirements. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your details.
3. Results, examples and the advertised guarantee
Our case studies describe individual client experiences. Views, streams, followers, engagement and revenue can vary with the artist, music, audience, market, platforms and execution. Past results are not a prediction of your results. Read our Results Disclaimer alongside any examples on this website.
Our website advertises a 5x increase in social media views within 90 days, or a full refund. Before purchasing a service offered with that guarantee, ask us to include the guarantee in your written agreement, including how views and the starting baseline will be measured, the measurement period and the refund process. These website terms do not introduce additional eligibility conditions or remove any rights arising from an offer or guarantee that applies to you.
4. Website content and your material
Rapville website copy, branding, layouts and original materials belong to Rapville or their respective rights holders. Client music, videos, images, names and platform marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may view the website and share links to it. Reusing or distributing protected materials requires the relevant rights holder’s permission unless the law permits otherwise.
You retain your rights in the material you submit. Submitting an application allows us to review that material and respond to your enquiry; it does not transfer ownership of your music or grant permission to use it in a public campaign. Rights and permissions for any paid production must be agreed separately.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, send spam, infringe someone else’s rights or interfere with the website’s operation. Do not attempt unauthorised access to the website, its systems or another person’s information.
6. Third-party services
Applications, scheduling, videos and external links may use third-party services such as Typeform, Calendly, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. Those providers have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability, content or platform decisions. Rapville is not endorsed by Meta or Facebook.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content may change and access may be interrupted. Contact us if you find an error or need clarification before relying on information about a service. Responsibility for paid work is addressed in the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes any mandatory consumer rights or other rights that apply to you under law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these website terms as our website or services change. The date above identifies the current version. Website updates do not, by themselves, change an existing service agreement.
For questions, concerns or a copy of the terms that apply to a proposed service, email contact@rapville.uk.
